Terrible service, fraudulent


1. I was given to believe that since the order was called in on Thursday
evening (May 14), next day delivery would not be possible. Furthermore,
the address is suddenly not in your delivery area (when your records will
show that I have had flowers delivered to the same place in the past).
2. Though refunded $5 for the erroneous charge of $14.99 for "next day
delivery", I was then advised that this order would be delivered on Tuesday
(May 19).
3. When I was unable to confirm the actual delivery of the flowers by
evening, May 19, I called and spoke to your agent (Wendy), who indicated
that she would look into it and get back to me right away.
4. I do not hear from Wendy again.
5. On Wednesday (May 20) I receive an email informing me that the flowers
are "in transit". This is already 1 day late.
6. There is confirmation that flowers are delivered.
7. It is not until I have dinner with relatives of the recipient that I
discover that the flowers were in fact not recieved until FRIDAY MAY 22.
This is because they were delivered, but to the WRONG HOUSE, and no one was
home to find flowers on their doorstep until Friday. Trust me, this has
made for much dinnertime conversation that evening and more.
8. Though you are the experts in flowers, even I know that cut flowers that
have seen no light and no water for that number of days cannot be a pleasant
sight to give to anyone.

Once again, the only resolution acceptable to me is a FULL REFUND to my
credit card. A STORE CREDIT IS UNACCEPTABLE.. In light of this
experience, you and I know that I will never use this store credit.

A business like yours rises or falls by word of mouth advertising. By
having supervisors who are consistently unavailable to speak on the phone,
by insisting on a "no refund" policy, by failing to recognized the
importance of getting perishable items to a destination in a timely manner,
by failing to recognize that you have dropped the ball on a number of
occasions on this order to do as you say you are going to do, you have
painted yourself into a corner that cannot be very healthy for a business.
