Terrible service, fraudulent

1. I was given to believe that since the order was called in on Thursday
evening (May 14), next day delivery would not be possible. Furthermore,
the address is suddenly not in your delivery area (when your records will
show that I have had flowers delivered to the same place in the past).
2. Though refunded $5 for the erroneous charge of $14.99 for "next day
delivery", I was then advised that this order would be delivered on Tuesday
(May 19).
3. When I was unable to confirm the actual delivery of the flowers by
evening, May 19, I called and spoke to your agent (Wendy),...

Bloomex.ca missing flowers ,charged twice,quality nowhere near pics and detail on website

Bloomex.ca first of all they billed me twice.I ordered 24 roses 6 pink 6 orange 6 yellow 6 red the bouquet on there site looked beautiful .When flowers were received there was 17 red and 4 yellow total 21 roses.What a bizzare bouquet I was emberassed they were sent on my behalf.I phoned and they said there policy is if the flowers you order are out of season they can replace .So I guess it is red rose season a little bit of yellow rose season and not orange or pink season.I would not have ordered 17 red 4 yellow roses ridiculous.They said they would refund for the missing 3 roses (big deal)...

Our father passed away Sept of 2014,it was a sad and hectic time for us, around 7 pm on thursday evening we arrived home from being out of town for the funeral,leaning against the front door was a sealed box! we opened it to find what had been beautiful yellow roses,(they were Dads favorite) The roses were Limp Wilted and Browning ,leaves and petals falling off!
We are sure our daughter in law did not order a box of Limp ,Wilted and Browning Roses to show Sympathy for our Loss!
I recommend that either Bloomex or Purolator ensure Correct care and delivery so sad and Grieving people are...

BEWARE OF BLOOMEX! I ORDERED PLANTER FLOWER BUT THEY SENT A CHEAP PLASTIC VASE AND MORE GREEN LEAVES THAN FLOWERS, THE TEDDY BEAR WAS 6 INCHES, BUT THEY ADVERTISED IT AS 8 INCHES BEAR.I PAID $ 90.00 SOMETHING. A few days ago i sent a flower arrangement for my mom`s birthday. On delivery day i got a call from mom, she was very happy, said the flowers were nicely arranged and fresh. So you made me happy too - flowers were delivered in time and fresh- that was the main point of my order. And yesterday my mom sent me some birthday photos and i was very pleased when saw my flowers and they were exactly the same as in the picture that was displayed on website. I often use online shops and can see that sometimes received product is different from ordered one and that`s not good of course and i refuse...

Ordered 2 sets of flowers for mothers day. Paid for delivery on Friday May 10th ahead of the rush. One set showed up dead on the following Monday and the second set did not show up until Tuesday and was also wilted and had a bunch of stems broken off. The second set was on its side on the front step - they did not even ring the doorbell...or stand the box up.
terrible!! Now they will not issue a refund.

I placed an order on Mother's Day, May 12th, 2013 for same day delivery. Bloomex charged me extra and nothing ever got delivered. My mom was going through a tough time that day and since I wasn't there, I really needed to send her a nice surprise to brighten her day. Nothing got delivered. I purchase flowers to my girlfriend,she had a birth day who is in Vancouver,British Columbia.The flowers look like crap,they are not the same like picture in website,so what left for customers if pictures not match with a real product.Haw you can make a choice ????? I sent my mom flowers for her birthday and they were beautiful! I ordered online (I'm out of country) and went with the "florist's choice" design. I'm glad I did, as the flowers were fresh, lovely, and better than I could have hoped for. They arrived on time and were a great surprise for my mom.

I will be trying to stop payment on my card. Ordred flowers for my mom's 87th birthday. They arrived late by a day and it was the incorrect selection. Also they had wilted and were sparse. They cost just over 100.00 and I could not get customer service for about 20 hours after realizing the error in date of delivery. When I got the operator on the live chat she did noithing to help but told me to wait until the NEXT day to see of they got deleivered.

I wanted to buy flowers for a sister living in Calgary and immediately went online. Bloomex was the first site and had a 1/2 price deal - i think it was called growers choice or designer choice flowers. Basically they make the bouquet with whatever stock they happen to have alot of and sell them for 1/2 price - kinda like a soup of the day deal. I ordered a gift basket for my mother for mother's day, I wanted the basket delivered on May 7th. It never came. I called the company and there was a recording saying that all deliveries will be delivered by Sunday May 8th. My mother waited all day Sunday it never came. Not only she wasted her whole weekend, she never got her Mother's Day Present.
I called the following morning to complain, the guy that answered was rude and could care less. He wanted to rush me off the phone so bad. Told me to file my complaint through email. would not let me talk to anyone at all!

Ordered two bouquets of flowers for mothers day on the Thursday. Friday I received the confirmation in my email that by cc was charged and the order confirmed. On Mothers day happened to check email in morning to discover that another email was sent canceling the order. Although the website claims to have a live operator 24/7 i was told by an automated machine to call Monday morning if there was a problem with an order. Please do not buy from Bloomex.ca. I made the mistake in not reading their really poor reviews ahead of time. I was amazed to find many people unhappy with the service and product. Do not waste your money. Use more caution in how you puchase online. You could end up wasting your money. I bought a fruit basket. It was to be delivered the day I purchased. It did not get delivered until 3 days later. I found it on the doorstep when I went to visit my sick brother. The fruit was frozen and rotten. The customer service rep was irate and defensive. I send flowers to all my friends for different occassions, but because the all live out of town I had to call different flower shops in dif. towns.
What i like about bloomex is that i can just call them and they deliver to all the different towns. Keep it up and if you send me coupons i will put them to good use!

Recently sent flowers to my 93 year old grandmother for valentine's day. Email confirmation came and stated they had been delivered, but my grandmother stated she never recieved anything. I attempted to contact the company and again they said someone from customer service would get back to me its now been two days no flowers and no phone call!!!!!!! I was not impresses at all with bloomex. I place my online order on dec 19th it was going to be a christmas present. I just received my order today. It is the 4th of Jan. The order looked nothing like the picture. And it was missing stuff. Every time I tried to phone them to talk to someone I wold get a machine. When someone did finally phone me back they told me they where sending an email to a customer representative and that they would call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered Valentine's day roses and truffles for my girlfriend. I wanted them delivered to her work. The flowers arrived today and she called to say them were amazing, and thanked me for the delicious chocolates which she shared with co-workers. I especially love the fact that a dozen roses and truffles cost me under $80- when I decided to search for florists in Calgary- I checked out all the florists sites, a dozen roses alone was $115.00!!
